PAYMENTS:

We accept all credit card payments through PayPal online. We also accept Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear before shipment.

SHIPPING:

We Ship Worldwide. General shipping rates, per guitar, are as follows: Domestic Ground $65 Dollars to the lower 48 United States. Coast to Coast Overnight $200.00. International, as a general rule, US Postal Service $200.00 7-10 day delivery. UPS, FedEx, DHL Express $400.00 3-5 day delivery. These are approximate amounts. Please contact us for actual shipping rates.

We allow a 48hr approval period. In the event of a return, the buyer must contact Stardust guitars by phone within the 48hr approval process to confirm the reason for the instruments return. The buyer pays shipping both ways. The instrument must be returned in original condition as it was shipped with all hangtags, certificates, warranty cards, and original shipping box. The buyer will be charged for shipping both ways and also any credit card processing fees. Stardust Guitars retains the right to refuse any return for any reason.

For your protection we will only ship to the name that is registered on the credit card or with PayPal.
