Shipping & Handling

PAYMENTS:

We accept all credit card payments through PayPal online. We also accept Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear before shipment.

SHIPPING:

Most of our guitars are shipped UPS, and items are always fully insured. If you would like a guitar shipped with FedEx or USPS, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs. The price of shipping will vary, you must email us to get an exact shipping quote before purchase of the instrument. For your protection we will only ship to the name that is registered with PayPal.
Winter Shipping

If you are shipped a instrument in the winter time or whenever it is very cold, please wait 24 hours before opening the box and allow the guitar enough time for it to reach room temperature. When there is a drastic change in temperature the guitar’s finish is susceptible to cracking.
International

We ship to most countries and appreciate our many international customers. There are a few countries we do not ship to due to lack of shipping protection. We prefer shipping with UPS Worldwide Expedited for their great tracking but can use USPS Express or Priority International as well. Of course, shipping prices as well as restrictions vary from country to country, so you must email us for a quote on shipping. Please also be aware that when the guitar arrives you will be responsible for all customs fees. There are no returns on international purchases.

For your protection we will only ship to the name that is registered on the credit card or with PayPal.

RETURN POLICY

We allow a 24 hr approval period on all stringed instruments. There are no returns of amplifiers for any reason. In the event of a return, the buyer must contact Stardust guitars by phone within the 24hr approval process to provide the reason for the instruments return. Stardust Guitars retains the right to refuse any return for any reason. The buyer pays shipping both ways. The instrument must be returned in original condition as it was shipped with all hangtags, certificates, warranty cards, ALL original parts, and original shipping box. The buyer will be charged for shipping both ways and also any credit card processing fees.
